We switched back over to standard time at 2:00 AM this morning.  It affects me up at work since we have people that we communicate with over in India.

This adds an hour to the time difference since India doesn't shift back and forth with daylights saving time like much of Europe and a lot of the world.

Even parts of South America shift to daylight saving time, but in the opposite part of the year.
