Today I had to talk to a manager about someone who's been doing some work for me, but this person hasn't really been doing the work.

I asked to have this person not work for me anymore.  At least not until something changes.

I feel bad about having to do this, but I don't understand why someone signs up for work and then blows it off, repeatedly.
