So if the new masters of the Girly Sound songs came from Ken Lee, where did Speed Racer and California come from? I thought a good copy of the infamous third tape hadn't turned up? You holding out on us Ken? Not to stir the proverbial pot, but it wouldn't be the first time (by a long shot).

Speed Racer and California came from Liz -- probably using the same source as the Juvenilia release.

Fair enough. Any info on the WCSE material she wanted to leak?

Also, is there anyway to up the bitrate  (to 256 or 320 kbps preferably) on the girlysound.com songs?

Liz hasn't had a chance to listen to the tapes yet.  She's been busy with promoting Funstyle and touring (and now spending the holidays with family and friends).  Earliest to expect the WCSE material would be in 2011...

Bitrate -- maybe.
