In case anyone is on the fence about downloading, this is probably the best of the Guyville/Whip-smart lineup shows. "Soap Star Joe" is incredible, as are "Jealousy," the extended, harder "Explain It To Me," "Strange Loop" (you'll wish Casey had written those lead lines in time for the album's recording), and the "Emotional Rescue" outro of "Divorce Song". Absolutely essential stuff. Maybe the greatest Liz Phair bootleg in existence.

JE, Agreed on how good "Soap Star Joe" and "Jealousy" sound.  Also really digging "X-Ray Man". "Alice Springs" is beautiful.  The uptempo "Whip Smart" fucking ROCKS. God she was so RAW back then, good stuff.  With as good a band as she has backing her right now, sure wish she would try performing "Jealousy" , "X-Ray Man", and "Whip Smart " live again.   I'm sure she and her current bandmates would do a great job on these songs.  Thanks a bunch for posting these perfomnaces frankbeard  Smiley
