That's funny...

"and though the memory is definitely vague, I think it had to do with the process of letting go of a relationship, but I don't remember with whom"

how dissappointing that she's not recording! i thought this silenece for the past month or so meant she was working on a new record.
hopefully she will remember about those wcse era tapes she promised ken last year. and i'm still waiting for those jeff trott produced tracks and other funstyle outtakes to surface some day.
there was an interview where she claimed to have "tons of music coming" but she didn't want to release it all at once. don't remember which one it was. i hope she does release something soon. some online ep's like comandgetit would be nice... anyway,  i wouldn't want to have to wait another 5 years for a new album this time.

I'm also disappointed that she's neither recording nor planning much touring.  In one of the other interviews she indicated that she has to keep the shows during the school year to a minimum.

We're at the beginning of summer and the only thing on the docket is a show near Independence Day up in Chicago.

Liz did more shows in 2010 and early 2011 than in 2008, but I really hoped for more than this.
