This one can be done either in standard tuning with a capo on the 2nd fret, or tune 1 step up.  I find the capo to be much easier to use.  The tuning's pitch is a tad bit higher on Juvenilia, but it's closer to a capo at 2nd fret than 3rd (or 1 step up, as opposed to 1 step up and a capo on the 1st fret).

I like it a lot. Especially the (9 9 0 X X X), (7 7 0 X X X), (6 5 0 X X X), etc. -- one of her coolest.

EDIT: I just realized I misread the (3 2 2 ...) on "Do I just have a problem..." as (3 3 2 ...). Once I corrected myself, I realized just how groovy this song is. Liz Phair is da best!
