Problems with the "official" Liz Phair forum

Some people head here when the LP Forum is offline.  Yep, it's offline.

I've been spending much of my time preparing and uploading my digital photo collection to facebook and myspace.  I just uploaded 40 some odd photos from the Aruba (200603) trip.

I need to upload some of these to myspace.

It was up briefly last night.  I was able to log in and respond to some of coolchick's posts.  I believe it was around 9-10PM Central Time US.

This morning--it's down again.  Sorry.

Hopefully( or maybe not ), this isn't a bad sign, but I'm getting error messages I've never gotten before, ( page not found), as if the LPF website has been removed.  LPF has gotten REALLY lame over the past year or so.  The only reason I've been going there for the past 4 years is to get info on what's up with Liz.  With no news of ANYTHING that Liz is doing professionally, except a rumor of her writing a novel, for so long, the forum has turned into nothing more than a socializing /spam destination with only a handful of frequently visiting members.  Not that there is anything wrong with that, but, personally, I'd much rather go to this forum for its' intended purpose, to discuss LIZ PHAIR and not as a chat room.  Today being a Monday, maybe Capitol finally pulled the plug on Liz and her forum.  I hope not as I would still check in to catch up on any news, IF ANY, of what Liz might be up too.  I've noticed that most of the other forumsunlimited forums sponsored by Capitol are down also, so maybe this is just another false alarm, but the error messages I'm getting today seem very omnious.  Either way, LPF has been a favorite destination for me for a long time and it will be sad to see it go.  If this is finally the end, RIP LPF.

ANOTHER false alarm!!  LPF LIVES!   This forum has more lives than Jason of  Halloween fame.  If LPF continues to have a pulse, than PLEASE will somebody post something about Liz and what's she up to.
